Q: What is Asiasoft Passport?
A:
An Asiasoft Passport account is a unified gamer account that lets you access all of our games and services.
Do note that all new game titles published by Asiasoft (with effect from 2012) will require a PlayID to access.

Q: Does my Asiasoft Passport LoginID work for all of your games?
A: No. You have to log on into your Asiasoft Passport and create separate LoginIDs for the games that you wish to play.
Q: How many Asiasoft Passport can I create?
A: Each user is only allowed to create ONE Asiasoft Passport and register it with a valid mobile number and email account.
Q: I think I misspelled my email address during registration. I can’t receive the code to verify my email address and start using my account. Can I change the address?
A:
If you have misspelled your email address during account registration, you must create a new account, but you will not be able to use the same LoginID.
Q: Can I delete my Asiasoft Passport?
A: No. Once an Asiasoft Passport has been created, it cannot be deleted from the system’s database.
Q: How is wiping and deletion of Asiasoft Passport different?
A: Asiasoft Passport cannot be deleted. A wipe refers to erasing the registered particulars as well as imposing a permanent suspension to the account.
Q: Can I reactivate a permanently suspended Asiasoft Passport?
A: No. Accounts with permanent suspension status are not eligible for reactivation.
Q: Help! I can’t login into my Asiasoft Passport!
A: Please send a report to us using the iBox or email us at apmatter@asiasoftsea.net with your Asiasoft Passport LoginID for further assistance.
Q: I reactivated my account but it is still restricted. What’s going on?
A: Please submit a report through the iBox for further assistance, providing your Asiasoft Passport LoginID.

Q: What if I forgot my email address?
A:
Please submit a retrieval request by emailing us at verification@asiasoftsea.net, indicating your Asiasoft Passport LoginID.
Our officers will provide further assistance upon receiving your request.
Q: Can I change my registered email address?
A:
You may request for your email address to be updated by emailing us at verification@asiasoftsea.net which is registered to the Asiasoft Passport that you wish to change email address, the LoginID of the Passport account and the new email address that you wish to use.
