How to convert @Cash to Game Cash in PlayID/Facebook ID


Step 1:

Visit https://www.playpark.com/en-sg/ and choose that game that you wish to top-up for.

Alternatively, you can click on the “Login” button on PlayPark website.

 


Step 2:

You will be brought to the PlayID/Facebook ID login page

1. For PlayID users
Key in your PlayID email address and password, then click on the “PlayID Login” button.

2. For Facebook account users
Click on the “Login with Facebook” button to proceed.

Note:
You may be prompted to login with your Facebook email and password. Please do so to proceed.


Step 3:

On the left menu of the profile page, click on “Top Up @Cash”.

 

Note: @Cash charged/Game Cash converted is not refundable or transferable to other accounts. Players are responsible to check before charging/converting.

Step 4:

Choose your preferred game from the list.


Step 5:

Confirm that you have selected the correct game and click on “Yes” to proceed.

Click on “No” to return to the game selection page.


Step 6:

You will see the following options:

1. Prepaid Card/e-Pin Top UpTo top-up PPC or ePins into the wallet.

2. Manage WalletTo convert @Cash into Game Cash.

3. HistoryTo check previous successful @Cash top-up.

4. Buy @CashClick on it if you wish to top-up using online payment methods such as eNETS, PayPal etc.

5. Games supportedList of all games supported by the selected wallet.

Click on “Manage Wallet” to proceed.


Step 7:

Click on the game that you wish to convert Game Cash for.

RO2 Cash conversion is used as the example here.


Step 8:

Enter the amount that you wish to convert and click on the “Confirm” button to proceed.

 

Upon successful conversion, you will see the following screen:
